A high performance low modulus neutral cure silicone sealant which can be used for sealing most building, construction and glazing joints. This silicone is neutral cure and almost odourless and cures with atmospheric moisture to form a durable, permanently flexible rubber seal. The low modulus formulation copes with greater movement and no surface priming is generally neccessary, except on very porous substrates.

Use Low Modulus Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant for sealing joints and perimeter pointing around all types of window and door frames, joints and trim. Glazing systems, cap beading and glass. Factory sealing applications. Expansion and joint sealing to precast concrete and brickwork.

In general a good adhesion is achieved on most common building materials such as PVCu, aluminium, stone, concrete, cementitious surfaces, GRP, steel, brass and painted wood.

Low Modulus Neutral Cure Silicone Sealant is available in White, Translucent and Brown in 300ml and 310ml cartridges.
