MDB-55  is a dispersion based professional INDOOR construction adhesive with INSTANTTACK bonding.

BONDS:wood-brick-ceramic-concrete-hardboard-plasterboard-stone-MDF-UPVC

-polystyrene.

APPLICATION

  Surfaces must be clean and free of dust,grease or oil;not visibly wet or continuously damp.One surface must be porous to ensure a solid,secure bond.

1)Cut off tip of noozle above screw thread.Trim nozzle to desired bead angle and size.(approx 6mm)

2)Apply one or two continuous beads.

3)Reposition up to two minutes.

4)Wipe away excess adhesive with a damp cloth.

5)Depending on the substrates,it can be necessary to support heavier objects.

  Coverage:Approximately 10m using a 6mm bead.Bond Strength and Time:final bonding strength after 48 hours,subject to condtions of application. General:not recommended for damp or continuously wetareas.not suitable for fixing mirrors.pre-test plastic to detemine suitable bonding.adheres well to UPVC. not suitable for polyethylene and polypropylee. bonds are not water-resistant.not recommened for outdoor use .
