Instructions

• Ensure all joints are cleaned and foreign matters like oil, dust, water, dirt, frost, old sealants etc are removed.
• Prior testing is recommended before the application.
• For joints wider than 12mm, a width to depth ratio of 2/1 should be used , up to maximum depth of 12mm.
• The applied sealant should be tooled within 5 minutes before a cured skin forms.

Attention

• It should not be applied on frost and wet surfaces. Surface temperature should not exceed 50C.
• It must not be used in totally confined spaces where sealant cannot cure due to lack of atmospheric moisture
• KALI8000 is not overpaintable

Safety

Inhalation of the sealant vapour for long periods must be avoided. The uncured sealant must not be contacted for long periods. Cured silicone rubber bears no risk to health. For more information please consult msds.
